These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by Tycoon Realestate (“Agency”) as a user (“User”). By accessing or using the services offered by the Agency, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
- Services Provided:
1.1 The Agency offers real estate services, including property sales, rentals, property management, and related advisory services in Abu Dhabi.
1.2 The Agency acts as an intermediary between property owners, buyers, tenants, and other relevant parties involved in real estate transactions.
1.3 The Agency aims to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding available properties, but does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of such information.
- User Obligations:
2.1 By using the Agency’s services, the User agrees to:

- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or using the services.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations related to real estate transactions.
- Use the services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided by the Agency and not share them with third parties.
- Be responsible for all activities carried out through their account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
- Property Listings:
3.1 The Agency may display property listings, including descriptions, photographs, videos, specifications, and other relevant information. However, the Agency does not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of the properties listed.
3.2 The User acknowledges that property listings may be subject to change, withdrawal, or modification without prior notice, and the Agency shall not be liable for any such changes.
3.3 The User agrees to verify the accuracy and completeness of property information before entering into any transactions or making decisions based on such information.
- Transactions and Agreements:
4.1 The Agency facilitates real estate transactions and agreements between property owners, buyers, tenants, and other parties. However, the Agency does not guarantee the outcome, success, or legality of any transaction.
4.2 The User acknowledges that any negotiations, agreements, or contracts entered into with other parties are solely the responsibility of the User, and the Agency shall not be liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from such transactions.
4.3 The User is responsible for conducting their due diligence, including property inspections, legal reviews, and financial assessments, before entering into any real estate transactions.
- Intellectual Property:
5.1 The Agency retains all intellectual property rights related to its services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, and content provided on its website or other platforms.
5.2 The User agrees not to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any intellectual property of the Agency without prior written consent.
- Limitation of Liability:
6.1 The Agency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use its services, including but not limited to financial losses, property damages, or any other losses incurred by the User.
- Privacy:
7.1 The User’s privacy is important to the Agency. The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by the Agency’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed on the Agency’s website.
- Termination:
8.1 The User may terminate their use of the Agency’s services at any time by closing their account or ceasing to use the services.
8.2 The Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s access to its services at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if the User violates any provision of this Agreement.
